Delivery times below are estimates only and are affected by weather conditions and other unexpected events.
Delivery times are counted as Business Days only and the count only starts once a package is shipped which could be delayed due to inventory status.
If an order is placed for an item that we have in stock we will usually ship the order out within 1 to 3 business days.
If we have to order in an item, or allocate from our overseas warehouse, for products which we did not have in stock, we do so as promptly as possible as to not hold up your orders.
If you need your order by a certain date, please include the date you need in the Notes box during checkout AND email us at: Hello@Bitomico.com with reference to your order number.
We ship to the address you specify when you place your order. If you give us the wrong shipping address or if you ask Fedex to drop off your package at a different address while your package is in transit, you will be charged whatever we are charged.
If you are outside the United States or Canada we are happy to ship items to you. To place international orders, you must Email your order details and shipping details to: Hello@Bitomico.com.

DURING TRANSIT
If there is damage to the package noticed during receipt of the order please inspect the items with the carrier driver. Have the driver note the damage.
You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 7 days from receipt of the product.
We will replace any items damaged in transit.
MANUFACTURE DEFECTS
We offer standard 30 day product guarantees on product quality, starting upon the date which you receive your product. If the product is found to be defective upon usage, please submit a product defect case through: Hello@bitomico.com

– Issue documentation including Photographs or videos
We will ensure your issues are addressed within 48-72 hours and a satisfactory resolution is provided either as a replacement or refund, if the product issue is shown to be due to the product quality, and not due to use.
Customers have the option to return all unopened and in original package products for a full-refund less the ACTUAL cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a your ORDER ID.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, you would be responsible for the ACTUAL shipping cost back of the products back to you.
